Managed Accounts Division
Our Managed Account Division researches CTAs based on a strict criteria of historical trading, past
profitability along with an emphasis on limited draw-downs in customer equity.
We focus on finding CTAs with historically profitable trading results. It is very important that each trader realizes that no one can
forecast or guarantee future profits. The past profitable trading history of a CTA does not in itself
guarantee future profits.
Our Managed Account Division is headed by Dan Ascani, a graduate of the UCLA, majoring
in Economics and Psychology. Dan's first introduction to the Futures Industry came in 1983, when it became licensed as a commodity broker at Dean Witter Reynolds. For the past two decades Dan has advised both institutional and individual investors, and has played an integral role in helping futures investors trade Brokers-Assisted Accounts at Gemini.
