We've made it easy for you to update and change your e-mail address.
We send e-mails of our customer's Purchase and Sales Statements by e-mail. Recently
the CFTC and NFA, our regulators, approved e-mails as a manner for us to communicate
this information to our customers, saving them time and a mailing fee imposed for
such if we have to use the regular post mail. Quarterly and Month end statements
are sent by post free. Not Daily Purchase and Sale Statements.
To keep your e-mail address with us current, simply fill out the form below. You'll
see that we've included links throughout our website for you to do so.
We cannot make changes to your home or business's regular mail address by e-mail.
That can only be done by you hand signing and sending a letter of that change to
us. When making changes to your mailing address, be sure to include your: Name,
Account Number, updated telephone numbers and hand sign the letter.
